Cider House and COVID-19

In a constantly changing environment, the safety of our guests, team and family is always our first priority and as such we are currently closed.  Given the size and layout of our property as well as the essence of the experience we offer, we have taken the decision to take bookings for self-catering from July 4th subject to government guidelines and hope to be able to welcome Bed and Breakfast bookings from September 2020, again subject to guidelines.  Enhanced cleaning regimes will be applied during this time, which may impact checking in and out times and rather than our personal welcome we will look to offer self-check in for guests where possible, with all the appropriate information for their relaxing secluded stay.  During this time our Terms and Conditions take on greater flexibility, whereby should we not be able to honour your booking due to government guidance in place during the dates of your stay, we will offer the option to reschedule your dates or refund monies paid.  All other aspects of our Terms and Conditions apply.  Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
